Not to incorporate data collected from the LOOK4U database into another "people finder" or "white pages" service, whether Internet based or otherwise.

The personal information you have submitted is accurate to the best of your knowledge, and not that of another person.

All data you submit to the LOOK4U database becomes part of a compilation, of which Overseas Connections owns the exclusive world-wide right to distribute and reproduce.

Upon submitting your data to the LOOK4U database, you waive all further claims to the copyright of that information.

Not to contact anyone found via LOOK4U in a way that that person may find objectionable, including unsolicited commercial e-mail.

All data made available via LOOK4U is for personal, non-commercial, use only.

Overseas Connections, the publisher of LOOK4U:

Makes no warranty that the data made available via LOOK4U is accurate or up to date.

Accepts no liability for the misuse of the information made available via LOOK4U, even if Overseas Connections has been previously advised of the possibility of such misuse.

Reserves the right to delete any data from the LOOK4U database at their discretion, with or without an explanation.

Reserves the right to deny access to LOOK4U to any user or group of users, at their discretion, with or without an explanation.

Reserves the right to modify or ammend this usage agreement at any time.

Will remove the data of any user who disagrees with this usage agreement, upon written request.
